Set in an excellent location in the countryside of La Font and below the backdrop of a rocky outcrop of the Serra Tramuntana mountains. Beautifully restored 250 year old farmhouse that has been transformed into a high quality family home. Three excellent local restaurants are within walking distance.

Location

Situated off a winding country lane within easy walking distance to the small village of Calonge where you will find three excellent restaurants. With many beautiful sandy coves and cosmpolitan Cala Dor only a few minutes away this is an ideal family holiday choice. Finca Es Fassar is one of our finest restored original farmhouses.

Approached from the garden terrace the main entrance opens into the imposing Living-dining room with 12 seater table, comfy seating area with four leather sofas, complimentary internet connection, Satellite TV and DVD.
Fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, electric hob and fridge freezer. Side door to the BBQ casita and dining terrace.

Bedroom 1 of 6 is a large twin room with interior stone wall feature and ensuite shower room.

Bedroom 2 of 6 is an attractive twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an adjacent shower room, purpose built with wide access which is suitable for wheelchairs.
There is a separate utility area with washing machine.

From the interior hallway the staircase leads up to Bedroom 3 of 6, the Master bedroom with dressing room, beautiful ensuite bath/shower room. It also has external access down a separate stairway down to a walled sun terrace, which is ideal for private sun-bathing.
From the landing area are a further 3 bedrooms.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 of 6 are both twin bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes and an ensuite shower room, they both enjoy lovely views across the swimming pool towards the mountains.
