Both boast the most breathtaking views over the ochre, sun baked roofs and narrow streets of the town and beyond to the stunning and picturesque backdrop of the ‘Sierra de Tramuntana’ mountains.

The two adjacent apartments, 25 metres from the Plaça ca les Munnares, are identical and have 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes whilst the second is equipped with twin beds and also has fitted wardrobes. The bedrooms share a comprehensive family bathroom, furnished with extremely high quality porcelain fittings.
There is a light, airy and spacious open plan living area, equipped with plasma screen T.V and DVD player. The furnishings are very contemporary and comfortable, all brightly highlighted by the natural light that pours into the space via the huge floor to celing double size sliding doors. These open to reveal a ‘juliet’ balcony with views onto the street below and to the famous monastry atop the ‘Puig de Maria’. This room flows directly into the dining area, furnished with a large dining table & chairs, comfortably seating 4 people.
The ultra modern and fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and a viewing hatch through to the living area. Quality appliances have been installed including, oven, hob & extractor, dishwasher, fridge/freezer & microwave oven.
Via an internal stairway from the dining room area, you access the superb furnished roof terrace. From here you can fully appreciate the breathtaking panoramic vistas of the old town of Pollença. In full view are the sights of the Cathedral in the Plaça Mayor, the Calvari and the Puig de Maria.
