This is a truly amazing frontline, luxury, penthouse apartment. Located right on the beautiful white sandy beaches of Port de Pollença, in the most sought after area in town, the Pine Walk. You could not ask for a more stunning vista of the Bay and the town and beyond over the Mediterranean sea to Bonaíre and Alcúdia.

Throughout this apartment, marble flooring has been installed to provide a welcome cooling effect in contrast to the heat of the day outside.

This spacious, light and simply designed apartment boasts three bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed and full family bathroom facilities. Bedrooms two and three are equipped with twin beds and share a separate shower room.

The principal living area contains the lounge and dining room. The space is open plan, spacious and benefits from bountiful natural light, via the full width, floor to ceiling sliding doors. There is  a large satellite equipped T.V and DVD player and comfortable lounge furniture and in the dining area an ample table and dining chairs to seat 6 people.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. It has good quality appliances including, oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

It is the extraordinary roof terrace, however, that sets this apartment apart from the crowd! Accessed via the large sliding doors in the lounge, you walk out into this huge welcoming space, with breathtaking views of the Bahia de Pollença. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers, and two separate seating areas. There is a ’sunny’ aspect seating area, equipped with comfortable chairs and a table, from which you look directly down onto the beautiful beach below. In addition to this, a slightly more shaded ‘dining’ area is available, surrounded by beautifully established Bougainvillea and native succulents and palms in terracotta pots. The terrace has a fantastic BBQ facility and is a perfect location to enjoy the sun during the day, and a relaxing evening meal by sunset in the evening! At night time, the still waters of the Bay come alive with the shimmering reflections from the lights of the town and the marina to reveal another magical facet of this truly spectacular  terrace.

The apartment is equipped with a water softening/filtration system and the lounge and dining areas are air-conditioned. Private, off-road parking is also provided.

Maid service is included in the advertised rental price; For reservations of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay linen and towel change, plus a mini clean is provided.
