This beautiful apartment presents a fantastic holiday rental opportunity, not often found in this exclusive area of the port town. A more convenient and vibrant situation could not be wished for! The apartment is located on the first floor and on the main seafront road. Just a step out of the door and you fall upon the beautiful long white sandy beaches with plentiful loungers and sun parasols. Numerous quality restaurants, bars and shops are all around and all encompassed in the backdrop of the exclusive marina, home to multi-millions of euros worth of yachts owned by the rich, and some times famous, residents of this stunning and picturesque area of North Mallorca!!

The apartment itself is of modern construction and is furnished in a simple and welcoming style, perfect for a cool retreat during the long, hot, afternoons when you require a break from the sun! During these times, the fully air-conditioned rooms will provide a welcoming atmosphere and make those mid-day siestas a rejuvenating pleasure!!

Their are three twin bedrooms, all with air-con and heating. The master bedroom has its own private, fully equipped bathroom, whilst the further two twin rooms share a separate family bathroom. Both are equipped with shower, bath, sink, bidet and W.C.

The lounge diner is also equipped with air-con and has a comfortable seating area & coffee table, with SKY satellite T.V facilities. The dining table seats 6 persons comfortably and the whole room looks directly out over the terraces and onto the marina and beach front.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen provides a light and airy space in which to prepare those lights lunches and evening meals should you wish to dine in on any given day. Modern appliances have been installed for your convenience including; Oven and hob, microwave oven, large fridge-freezer &  kettle & toaster. In a utility area, just off the kitchen is an iron & ironing board and washing machine. This utility area has direct access onto an outside terraced area with a washing line.

The overwhelmingly outstanding feature of this wonderful apartment, however, is the fantastic front terrace. This area affords both shaded and fully exposed areas with dining furniture and sun loungers. You can take advantage of the stunning vistas whilst taking your breakfast on the terrace or enjoy a starlit evening meal and a glass of wine overlooking the marina.
