This beautifully and recently refurbished historic townhouse is located in the old town of Pollença and benefits from a fantastic central location. Close to the historic sites of the Calvari, the Plaça Mayor, San Domingo and the monastry atop the Puig de Maria, this house is also proud to boast it’s own history. One of very few detached properties in the old town, it dates back to 1850!
The quality of this townhouse is evident as soon as you see the beautiful stonework build. Inside, the traditional ‘Mallorquin’ stone floors ensure that the house is cool, even in the hottest months of the year!
