Set in the heart of the North Mallorca countryside, this beautiful stone chalet benefits from an ideal location between the towns of Pollença and Alcúdia. Just a short 5 minute drive will bring you to the bustling historic old town of Pollença and in the other direction just 10 minutes to Alcúdia, the site of the original Roman settlement of Pollentia. Stunning views of the mountains and countryside  surround this peaceful holiday haven.

The property has a private gated driveway and off-road parking, including a covered porch to accommodate one car. It is extremely secure and private and is not overlooked by any other properties.

The chalet itself is the epitomy of a traditional and thoughtfully furnished Mallorquin finca. Set over two floors, this charming stone chalet boasts 3 spacious bedrooms, one on the first floor and two on the ground floor. Both the Master bedroom and bedroom 2 enjoy views out over the garden and pool. The master bedroom, on the first floor, benefits from the use of its own private bathroom and also has a peaceful sitting room / study area to wile away those quiet moments with a good book. Bedrooms one and two are equipped with twin beds and share the use of a large, fully equipped family bathroom, with bath and shower. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The main living area on the ground floor is open plan and comprises a large dining room area, with traditional country style furniture and ample seating for 6 persons. The lounge is adjoined to the dining area and has a very comfortable suite of furniture, satellite T.V and a wonderful traditional fireplace, ideal for a cosy evening with a glass of the fantastic local red wine! All of the living area is fully equipped with twin-cycle hot/cold air-conditioning.

Also on the ground floor is a well equipped and spacious kitchen from which easy access is available directly to the outside terraces and eating areas. All modern appliances have been installed and a full range of cookware and utensils are available to provide you with an ideal opportunity to test your culinery skills and try your hand at the local delicacy, sea-food paella. A quadruple burner gas hob, electric oven,washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine are all provided for your convenience.

Walk out from the chalet and into the wonderfully welcoming gardens and terraced patios. There are expansive manicured lawns surrounding a large, private pool with its own freshwater shower. There is ample space and opportunities for sun-bathing here, 6 loungers are provided and there is a traditional beach style parasol for when a little shade is required. At one side of a house is an orchard planted with native fruit and nut trees. The terraced patios at this property consist of a shady covered seating area, ideal for a light lunch when the sun is at its peak and also a large sun bathed terrace area too. Plentiful terrace furniture, with seating for 6 persons is provided in both areas.

If you can bare to leave this beautiful holiday haven, just 6 km away lies the long sandy beaches of Port de Pollença or port de Alcúdia, with their myriad of beachfront bars, restaurants and shops. Just 2km away, on the road to Pollença old town, you will find a warm welcome awaiting at Ca’n Vidalet, a local vineyard and producer of the highest quality red and white wines. Visitors are welcome to drop by and sample the fare! Carry on along this road and visit the old town, full of history and fantastic sights including the Puig de Maria, the Calvari steps and the fantastic Plaza mayor with its wonderful cathedral.

Maid services, garden maintenance and pool cleaning are all included in the advertised rental price. For stays of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay towel and linen change is provided.
