This brand new villa is located between the old towns of Sa Pobla and Pollença in the popular urbanisation of S’Ubac. Journey times to either of these towns is less than 10 minutes.The surrounding countryside is stunning, with pine tree covered hills leading to the spectacular ‘Sierra de Tramuntana’ mountains. These vistas can all be seen from the villa and provide a tremendous backdrop.
