This beautiful and charming ‘chalet’ style villa is set amongst the foothills of the ‘Sierra Tramuntana’ mountains. It’s location provides the most stunning views of the tree lined slopes and rocky backdrop that surrounds the region of Pollença.
Whilst enjoying the full benefit of it’s peaceful and tranquil location, the villa is just 5 minutes stroll away from the historic and bustling little old town of Pollença, with it’s myriad of bars, shops and top quality restaurants and chic cafés. The historic sites in the Plaça Mayor and the Calvari steps are also, of course, within a very short walking distance. The resort beaches and azure Mediterranean sea at Port de Pollença and Cala San Vicente are just 6 km to the east.
The villa itself is traditional and idyllic in design. It boasts beautiful gardens, planted with native palm trees and succulents and outside terraces, with a private pool, fully equipped covered BBQ kitchen area and plentiful seating, dining and sunbathing areas with loungers.
There are three light and spacious bedrooms, all beautifully furnished. The master bedroom has a double bed and a separate bathroom facility. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are equipped with twin beds and share a comprehensive family bathroom.
The bright and spacious kitchen is furnished in a traditional ‘country’ style, with marble worksurfaces and pine units. It is fully equipped and has good quality, modern appliances including, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and washing machine. Thers is also a double sink unit.
The principal living space contains both the lounge and the dining area. This, again, is beautifully furnished in a traditional style, with a feature stonework surrounded fireplace, tiled floors and wooden beams. The lounge area has comfortable chairs and a sofa whilst the separate dining area is equipped with a large table and chairs to seat 6 people comfortably.
This chalet’s traditional stone design ensures that it stays cool, even in the hottest months, however there are ceiling fans to provide additional cooling and the property is also equipped with central heating radiators which make it ideal for year round rentals.
Maid service is included in the advertised rental price; For reservations of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay towel and linen change, plus mini clean is provided.
