There is comfortable lounge furniture and a large wooden dining table seats up to 8 persons.

Bedroom 2 is situated on the first floor of the property. This also boasts a double bed, large fitted wardrobes and quality furnishings.
Bedroom 3 is generally set as a twin bedroom, but can accommodate easily 2 further single beds. There is a private balcony overlooking the Bahia de Alcúdia, large fitted wardrobes and fine quality furnishings.
The two bedrooms on the second storey of this villa, share a fabulously spacious family bathroom which features his & her double sinks, bath, shower, bidet and W.C.
The second bathroom, situated on the 1st floor, features a cubicle style shower, sink and W.C.
Accessed via an internal stairwell from the 1st floor, the ground floor of this property is dedicated to a comprehensively equipped utility area. This extremely convenient space features a washing machine, tumble dryer, large utility sink and maiden dryers. There is also a vaccum cleaner, iron/ironing board and general cleaning equipment all provided for guest use.

This wonderful villa is conviniently situated just 5 minute stroll from the beach and local amenities, including two local supermarkets and amazing restaurants serving the best of Alcanada’s locally sourced seafood. The white sandy beaches and myriad shops and restaurants of Port de Alcúdia are just a 5 minute drive or 15 minute stroll away from the property. The shallow water of these beaches make it a popular destination for those holidaying with young children.
