This charming villa is set in the quiet urbanisation of S’Ubac, between the two towns of Sa Pobla and Pollença. Journey times to either town are less than 10 minutes. The surrounding tranquil countryside is spectacular, with views of Pine tree lined hills leading to the amazing mountains of the ‘Sierra de Tramuntana’.
The villa is set over two levels and has 4 comfortably furnished bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. One of the bedrooms, set on the ground floor level, is equipped with twin beds and has a large bathroom with shower. The other 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd level share a large, fully equipped family bathroom. The master bedroom and bedroom 2 are equipped with double beds whilst bedroom 3 has twin beds. All bedrooms have large windows which permit plentiful natural light to enter, bathing the rooms in sunshine.
The main living area has a large, comfortable suite, with central coffee table. There is a large plasma screen T.V, DVD, SKY and a stereo music system. For those cooler evenings a large wood burning stove provides ample heat and a cosy ambience to the lounge area. There are french doors leading directly from the living area to a beautiful covered terrace and beyond to the gardens.
The kitchen and dining area are open plan. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Quality appliances are fitted including, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. washing machine and microwave oven. There are ample, marble worksurfaces and storage units too. The dining room is equipped with a large family dining table and chairs sufficient to seat 8 people comfortably. This room also has direct access, via a separate door, to the exterior terraces and gardens.
The covered terrace is situated at the rear of the house and looks over the well maintained gardens. This provides a lovely alternative for dining ‘Al Fresco’ or just to sit and relax in the early morning sunshine. There are sun loungers, parasols and further seating options around the sunny terrace which surrounds the large private pool. This area is also equipped with a fresh water shower!
At the front of the house there is a private, gated, off road driveway and a further large terraced area containing a beautiful jacuzzi spa! The pretty gardens enclose the entire property and afford peace and privacy from the outside world.
Maid service, pool cleaning and garden maintenance are all included in the advertised rental price; For reservations of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay towel and linen change, plus mini clean is provided.
