Located at the end of a small track road on the foothills of the mountains above the residential area of La Font. The position of Casa La Luna, means it provides not just amazing views but privacy and tranquility. The charming old town of Pollença is only minutes away and is full of great restaurants and cafés and an amazing market on Sunday mornings. Casa La Luna was built using the finest materials, traditional stone and beams, maintaining a Mallorquin appearance.
The interior of the house has a modern feel – full of natural light and very spacious. There are many large terraces surrounding the house – all with amazing views. The 14 metre long swimming pool uses a saltwater system and as the owners have small children, precautions have been taken including a gated area around the pool giving peace of mind to those with toddlers.
This property has been fitted and furnished in magnificent style using the highest quality of materials throughout. The living space is open plan with high ceilings giving a contemporary feel. The lounge is equipped with comfortable sofas and the dining area with large family dining table. There is also a large plasma screen TV with SKY satellite and DVD player.
The Kitchen has been equipped comprehensively with the best appliances available today and include, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, fridge, freezer & CD player. There is also a large family dining table in the kitchen generally used during breakfast time.
In a separate utility room just off the kitchen, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are all provided for your convenience.
On the ground level is the third bedroom in the property. This is equipped with a double bed and capacious fitted walk in wardrobes and dressing area. There is an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower facilities.
The other three bedrooms are housed are situated on the first floor of the property. Bedroom 4 is equipped with twin beds and a fitted wardrobes, this room also benefits from stunning mountain views. Bedroom two has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and it’s own private balcony terrace with sun loungers, overlooking the old town of Pollença. The master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and also, it’s own private balcony terrace with sun loungers. This room also benefits from an en-suite bathroom with his and her sinks, bath and separate shower cubicle.
The exterior of this property boasts fantastic views from all aspects. The rear of the house has vistas of the Sierra de Tramuntana, whilst the front aspect overlooks the old town below and beyond to the Bahia de Pollença. The private pool has an infinity edge and is a wonderful place to appreciate the surroundings. The beautifully landscaped, yet natural mountaineous gardens are a pleasure to stroll around, with winding wooden walkways leading to most areas.
Maid service, pool cleaning and garden maintenance are all included in the advertised rental price. For stays of 7 nights, a mid-week linen & towel change, plus mini clean is provided. For 14 night stays, during week 1, a mid-week towel change and clean is provided plus a full linen and towel change and a further clean at the end of the week. During week 2 another towel change and clean is provided.
