Situated in the peaceful and sleepy hamlet of Buger, this charming ‘chalet’ style villa is the ideal place to retreat and relax. The beautiful old town of Buger lies just 2km away from the villa and has many endearing features and plentiful historical interest. The villa is set in tranquil countryside and is perfect for those wanting to stay away from the bustle of the larger towns, whilst retaining ease of access to those towns and their beautiful beaches.
This charming property has abundant character and is set over two levels. On the ground floor level a wonderful dining area, with huge table, dominates the space. There are chairs to comfortably seat six people. Providing ample warmth and a cosy ambience here, is a wood burning stove.
The kitchen is furnished in a traditional ‘country’ style and is fully equipped. Modern appliances are installed including, oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
A separate and tranquil lounge area, provides a beautifully calm ambience and is bathed in sunshine due to the large south facing windows.
There is one spacious and light bedroom on this level, equipped with twin beds and an en-suite shower room.
Walk up the feature staircase from the main living area and you access a lovely and cosy mezzanine T.V lounge and study, overlooking the main dining area. This is equipped with comfy chairs, large T.V, DVD, SKY, Stereo music system and WIFI.
The master bedroom is situated on this level also. It has a large double bed and has a private en-suite shower facility. This room also has access to a large family bathroom.
Outside, the villa boasts large, pretty gardens and a very inviting private pool. Ideal for cooling down in the mid-day sun, or that early morning dip! There are plentiful terraced areas, equipped with a BBQ and seating and tables that provide a lovely alternative for dining ‘Al Fresco’. There is also an outside shower and private, gated, off-road parking.
