A fantastic and captivating style villa built in an ‘Ibizan’ style. This property is situated in the exclusive area of Alcanada, just 1.5 km from Port de Alcúdia. It’s elevated location, overlooking the azure waters of the Bahia de Alcúdia, is highly enviable!
Almost all of the rooms in this villa face south and open directly onto individual terraces boasting the most breathtaking views over the crystal clear waters, the lighthouse and the Alcanada golf club.
The exterior terraced areas of this property are truly magnificent. Set over 4 levels, there are different vistas from each and all are surrounded my beautifully maintained gardens, providing bountiful colour all year round. There is also a fantastic ‘infinity’ swimming pool, barrel sauna and jacuzzi spa!! Two areas of terrace are covered and there are plentiful loungers for sun seekers. There are numerous options for outside dining too. A large family dining table sits on the largest of the terraces and in addition there are further comfortable seating and relaxing areas.
The villa itself is charming, spacious and luxurious! There is a large lounge area, with comfortable sofas, real wood burning stove, satellite T.V, DVD and quality music/cinema sound system. The entire front aspect of the lounge has a full width, floor to ceiling sliding glass door which provides amazing views over the terraces and beyond to the sea. This area drops down a level into the separate dining room, where a high quality round family dining table and chairs for six people is located.
Also on this level is a wonderful, fully equipped, family kitchen and further dining area. The kitchen is high quality in design and installation and is fitted with modern appliances including, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and dishwasher. A washing machine is located, undercover, on the rear terrace of the property. The dining area adjoined to the kitchen bathes in natural sunlight that floods through the large windows on two aspects and also has direct access, through a separate door, to the outside terraces. There is a family cloakroom on this ground level also.
The three bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. There is an integral safety ‘child gate’ at the top of the stairs leading to this level. The wonderfully furnished master bedroom houses a ‘King’ size bed, and a seperate reading area, with a comfortable chair and lamp. This bedroom has private en-suite shower room facility and direct and private access onto a lovely terrace with seating, a further table and the most magnificent views of the Mediterranean sea! Bedroom 2 is also equipped with a ‘King’ size bed and enjoys the benefit of it’s own private terrace, with a sun lounger and views to die for. Bedroom 3 has optional single or twin beds, or single bed and a cot. The two latter share a large, fully equipped and luxurious family bathroom.
This property is with easy walking distance of Port de Alcúdia and within short driving distance from the historic roman old towns of Alcúdia and Pollença.
