This beautiful, traditional villa is situated just 4km from the historic town of Pollença and just 9 km from the popular seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa.  Attractively furnished in a rustic style this spacious finca provides the ideal location for those looking to spend a relaxing holiday by the large pool.  The villa is very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can easily accommodate two families.  There are well maintained gardens with a separate children’s play area and a private, off road gated driveway that can provide parking for up to 3 vehicles.

Distributed over  two levels, this spacious villa is well equipped and all the bedrooms have air conditioning for the summer months or heating for the winter time, there is a also an open fireplace which adds a romantic touch for those guests who prefer to holiday during the cooler months.

There are 4 bedrooms; the master bedroom features a king size bed with private en-suite facilities and has mountain and pool views.  There are a further 3 bedrooms that share a further 2 bathrooms.  One of the twin rooms and bathrooms is situated on the ground floor,  ideal for those who may find the stairs difficult.

There is a fully equipped kitchen including; hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.  A comprehensive range of cooking utensils and crockery is also provided.  A separate laundry room houses the washing machine and there is a range of cleaning equipment available.

The lounge and dining area is open plan and there are large comfortable sofas near the fireplace and satellite TV with a range of English channels.  An antique, wooden dining table provides seating for 8 people.  There is a highchair should this be needed and a cot on request.

Outside there are several terraces that overlook the pool area and the gardens.  The terraces are partially covered allowing you to escape the mid-day Mediterranean sun and provide a lovely alternative for breakfast or evening dining.  A brick built BBQ is located on the side terrace and provides a fun place for weekend entertaining.  The outside dining area comfortably seats up to 8 people.  Sun-loungers are also provided for the pool area.

Maid service, pool cleaning and garden maintenance are all included in the advertised rental price. For stays of 7 nights, a mid-week linen & towel change, plus mini clean is provided. For 14 night stays, during week 1, a mid-week towel change and clean is provided plus a full linen and towel change and a further clean at the end of the week. During week 2 another towel change and clean is provided.
