The villa is of contemporary design and boasts ultra modern, high quality furnishings and fittings throughout. It is equipped with twin cycle, hot and cold air conditioning which makes it ideal for rental year round. The property has off-road parking and a garage.
The principal living area contains the lounge and diner. It is a bright and spacious area, with modern comfortable furniture and equipped with a large plasma screen T.V, satellite, DVD player and stereo music player. The dining area has a large table and ample, comfortable chairs to seat 8 people. From here you can directly access the outside terraced areas.
The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped. It has high quality, integral appliances installed including, oven, hob & extractor, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and washing machine.
There are 4 light, spacious and modern bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one of which is on the ground floor level. This bedroom has twin beds and a private en-suite bathroom facility. Three further bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and enjoys the benefit of a private en-suite bathroom facility. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed, bedroom 3 has twin beds and both of these rooms share a separate shower room facility.
The property has a covered terraced exterior space, with an inviting private pool and a small, but pretty garden.
